This is an absolutely exquisit single origin coffee grown in Guatemala, Central America. Guatemala has been one of the top producers of coffee since the mid 1800's.
One of the reasons this coffee is so beautifully unique is the location of the plantations, between three volcanos. This coffee is grown at approx 1650mtr above sea level in rich volcanic soil. All of these factors contribute to the fantastic end product we have here with taste notes of wild berries and a chocolately sweet aroma. 
In fact, Baya Del Volcán directly translates to "Volcano Berry".
